omg, fucking defeated by flu, 3days never eat, lost 1kg, good deal ar,
i hate this feeling, weak by a cock, must recover soon
sunday left 14weeks to train, but still very lazy to train! how how how,,,,
must really start to whack hard liao,,,, want to be fitttttttt
applied for NIE, hope they take me in as a PE teacher... must keep fit now~!~~!!!!!
